Step 1: Consultation

During our initial consultation, we will listen carefully to your needs and preferences and understand your pain points. We are genuinely interested in your situation and want to help you find or create the perfect diamond engagement ring.

To give you the best possible experience, we will show you a high-quality 360 video of hundreds of diamonds to choose from, as well as true-to-life replicas that can be inspected from every angle to show the designs and give you confidence in your decision.

Step 2: Design

Once we have a clear understanding of what you are looking for in your diamond engagement ring, we will begin the design process by creating a 3D drawing of your preferred design. This will allow us to visualise the piece and make any necessary adjustments before moving on to the next step.

Step 3: Printing

We will then print the 3D design into hard wax (resin) using advanced technology. This will allow us to closely assess the piece on a video chat, ensuring that it meets our high standards and your expectations for your diamond engagement ring.

Step 4: Casting

Next, we will move on to the casting process, where we will use the wax model to create a mold. This mold will be used to cast the piece in the desired metal, such as 18k gold or platinum. We make sure that our metals are free of any porosity after casting to ensure the highest quality for your diamond engagement ring.

Step 5: Finishing

We will then finish the piece by hand, adding any necessary details and setting the diamonds or other gemstones. This will ensure that the diamond engagement ring is of the highest quality and meets our strict standards for craftsmanship.

Step 6: Delivery

Finally, we will ship the completed diamond ring to you in discreet packaging fully insured, for your peace of mind.
